13 Months
Little lady you are now 13 months old! Crazy! This month you have gotten your two front teeth, started saying "whoa", absolutely love your baby dolls, draw with crayons and paper, continue to eat like a champ and sleep like a champ, attempt to use a fork and a spoon, you can also find your mommy's nose and bark like a dog. You are pretty amazing little girl! I love you.

The baby animals are here!
Yesterday we went to Hancock Shaker Village to see the baby animals with Jess, Denyse and baby Esme. It was a good time. The sun was shining, good company and the baby animals were so so so cute. Harper thoroughly enjoyed herself. Shes so funny because she isn't quite sure where she is or what the deal is but she does know when its a good thing and you can tell in her face. Her eyes get really big and she gets this really silly grin, and once in a while she will give out a shriek in delight.
Good times. Maybe next year we will have a little baby Forbes to join us? No pressure.

Our Weekend
We had a pretty eventful weekend. Nate was in town and we went to CT to celebrate me and my sisters birthdays. 29 and 30. We are getting old! It was so great to all be together at the Inn, we did miss Hunter very much though, He definitely adds a little something special when hes around! (If you know Hunter you know what I mean) Nate and I had our first real "Oh s#@! what do we do?" moment as parents the other day. In Forever 21 of all places. Nate was watching Harper and she fell and hit the corner of a clothing rack. I heard her screaming across the store and knew it was not good. Her eye immediately just started puffing up. Nate and I where sweating and definitely did not have a plan of what to do in a n event such as this. Do you put all the clothes back and just leave? Do you go to the hospital? Do you call your mom and cry? We did none of the above. Nate simply went and got ice, assessed the situation and then we just continued on our day. It made me sick to my stomach that was for sure but this is kind of stuff is going to happen, right? All in all great weekend!

Instagram dinners
Since Harper's been in full swing eating "big people" food I have found it important to make a well balanced meal every night and sit with her and eat together. Growing up food was a very important part of our family. And still is. When I'm at my moms and were are out to breakfast she will ask us what we want for dinner. My family basically revolves around food. I like that. Apparently I also like to take pictures of my food.

High school girls make me nervous? WTF?
First- I was going through my 10,000 (almost!) photos in my phone and this is definitely one of my all time favorites!
Second- Today was so weird. It was so so dark and gloomy I felt like it was night time all day. It definitely threw me off. I did manage to get my butt rolling to get to Zumba at 4:30 and I felt weird the entire class. Usually I'm in my zone and I don't care how dumb I look pelvic thrusting but tonight there were some high school girls in the class and I think I was intimidated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dumb is that!!! Wow I need to get it together! I hope it was just the dark and stormy day that was throwing me off! Oh well. At least I have tomorrows Zumba class to shake it off, and get back in my zone.
